About Caroline Mosley

Caroline Mosley graduated with her Juris Doctor cum laude from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law in May 2024. Caroline joined Atlas during the Spring of her 3L year as an employment litigation clerk and, following her swift admission to the Kentucky Bar in Fall 2024, has since transitioned to focus on consumer litigation.

Throughout law school, Caroline demonstrated a strong commitment to hard work and public service with her vast experience. She was a member of the Women's Law Caucus, served as an Academic Fellow, and was both a member and Associate Editor of the Journal of Animal and Environmental Law. Additionally, she was actively involved in the Student Bar Association. Caroline held an externship with Kentucky Refugee Ministries’ legal department where she gained hands-on experience working directly with clients, many of whom were navigating complex immigration and resettlement issues. Further, her dedication to public service also includes roles in both the civil and criminal law fields at the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office in Atlanta, Georgia, the Jefferson County Attorney’s Office and the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Louisville, Kentucky.

Caroline holds a B.A. from the University of South Carolina, where she double majored in political science and history. Her diverse legal background and dedication to consumer advocacy make her a valuable asset to Atlas Consumer Law.
