About Mally Slone
Mally Slone graduated cum laude from the University of Louisville Louis D. Brandeis School of Law in May 2024, promptly gaining admission to the Kentucky Bar and demonstrating her commitment to exceptional legal service.
During law school, Mally showcased her passion for advocacy and leadership in various roles, including Executive Vice President of the Student Bar Association and active member of the Women's Law Caucus and LAMBDA Law Caucus. As a Peer Mentor for First Generation Law Students, she provided invaluable support to first year students and created the first seminar on Empathy in the Law for incoming students. Her dedication to academic excellence, integrity, and leadership earned her the Robert C. Jayes Memorial Award.
Mally's practical experience includes an impactful internship with the Kentucky Youth Law Project, where she advocated for vulnerable populations, as well as clerking in civil litigation and providing pro bono service for the Hardin County Commonwealth Attorney's Office. These experiences have deepened her understanding of the complexities faced by individuals with employment issues, enabling her to approach each case with empathy and insight.
