About Peyton Paschke
Attorney Peyton Paschke has a passion for workers’ rights that stems from her personal and professional experiences.
A Chicagoland native, Peyton entered the workforce at 15 years old. As she worked in a variety of capacities in the service industry, she saw firsthand the injustices suffered by workers. As a result, she attended law school with the intention of practicing employment law on behalf of workers around the country.
In law school at the University of Louisville Louis D. Brandeis School of Law, Peyton joined the Atlas Employment Law Division as a clerk. While in this role, Peyton refined her litigation skills in order to help hundreds of clients with their claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation on the basis of their protected class status(es) (race, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, and more). In addition, Peyton performed Pro Bono work in law school assisting low-income workers in Kentucky with wage and hour disputes. Peyton was also awarded the Runner-Up Prize for a state-wide KBA legal writing competition for her article discussing worker misclassification titled: Employee or Independent Contractor? An Economic Reality Check for Kentucky Practitioners. During her final year of law school, Peyton focused her studies on labor law, studying European Labour Law at the University of Luxembourg Faculty of Law and interning with a local union (IBEW Local 369) in Louisville, KY to assist union members with their grievances.
Regardless of the area of employment law, clients can find comfort in knowing that their case is in good hands as a result of Peyton’s extensive personal and professional experience. A proud member of the Employment Litigation Team, Peyton is a passionate and driven litigator who won’t let up until she obtains a favorable result for her clients.
