About Rachel Wheatley
Rachel Wheatley graduated magna cum laude from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law in May 2024 and swiftly gained admission to the Illinois Bar, demonstrating her commitment to protecting consumers through exceptional legal service.
Rachel’s time in law school was characterized by her hard work and dedication as she took active roles in several organizations including the Business Law Society, Women’s Law Caucus, and Student Bar Association. Rachel honed her legal skills through diverse experiences as a Legal Intern at Conliffe, Sandmann & Sullivan, Fidelity National Title Group, and Ferreri Partners. Rachel also completed Judicial Internships with several esteemed judges, including Judge Irv Maze of the Kentucky Court of Appeals and Judge Gregory F. Van Tatenhove of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky. These experiences provided her with valuable insights into the judicial process and the intricacies of consumer protection laws. Passionate about community service, Rachel previously contributed to the Kentucky Neighbors Immigration Clinic, where she improved outreach strategies and engaged with the public to promote legal research strategies.
Now, as part of the Atlas team, Rachel leverages her extensive legal education and diverse employment experiences to provide clients with knowledgeable and compassionate representation. She has focused her passion for service toward championing consumer rights and ensuring fair treatment for individuals facing legal challenges. Outside of her professional endeavors, Rachel remains committed to empowering consumers through education and advocacy, striving to make a meaningful impact in the field of consumer law.
